Today, i start my morning exercise again at Sarpac for after 1,5 month being postponed. I feel my body is very weak lately and it's not because i am doing my fast every Monday and Thursday, it's more because i am doing a less exercise...

And do you know how exercise change your mind and body into a positive way? i am feeling it right now. I could work with enthusiasm and the best part is, i bring back my cheerful spirit into my mind :)
