I saw this cloud on the way home on Thursday, August 16. I ever read that this kind of cloud is the 'earthquake cloud' which a sign that there will be a big earthquake...Hiiiiiiii, i am scared to death!
Thankfully, the radio said that it's only a cloud which comes from the army jet who's having rehearsal for our Independence Day...fiuhhhhhh, Thanks God! ^^
