Iraq teams successfully sent a message to the whole world following their AFC Asian Cup triumph on Sunday, July 29, 2007. The only one goal made by the 23-year-old who won the man of the match award at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium named Younis Mahmoud’s 71st minute header secured a historic 1-0 victory over Saudi Arabia.
This is a big achievement for Iraqi football because they won the title despite all the bad circumstances back at their home these days...
